Description

Unveiling the Blue Sprites of M24 in Sagittarius ⭐

Diving into the cosmic wonders once again! 🌌 Inspired by @astrofalls Barry Fall's groundbreaking discovery and encouraged by my amazing Astro buddy @astrovert_tez, I embarked on a captivating journey to capture the essence of the Small Sagittarius Star Cloud - M24.

📸 Initially, I set out with a simple goal: to capture the vivid palette of stars that graces this celestial region. But then, Tez dropped a brilliant idea – why not enhance the experience by capturing the elusive OIII blue sprites that dance within this starry tapestry?

⛈️ Battling through some of the most challenging weather conditions, I persevered and managed to gather an impressive 8.5 hours of data using the Optolong L-Ultimate filter. The universe tested my dedication, but the result was worth every effort.

✨ And now, the moment of awe has arrived. Behold the culmination of those hours spent under the vast expanse. The stars shimmer in their RGB glory, while the OIII blue sprites add a touch of ethereal magic to the scene. It's a true testament to the beauty and mystery that our universe holds.
